Reading this does not make me your lawyer
Neither does emailing, calling, or sending the contact form. An attorney-client relationship begins when we have both signed a written agreement, and not a moment before.
This matters more than it sounds. Until that agreement exists:
- Nothing you send is protected the way a conversation with your own lawyer is.
- Nobody is watching your deadline. A message sitting in an inbox does not stop a clock running, and the clocks in these cases are shorter than people expect.
- Sending confidential details can work against you. If somebody I do not represent sends me confidential information, it can prevent me acting in a related matter later. That is why the form asks for a sentence, not a story.
If a deadline is close, telephone. Do not write.
If I do not take your case
You will get that in writing, and it will say plainly that this office is not representing you and is not tracking any deadline for you. Read it and act on it: the deadline keeps running, and another lawyer may see the case differently.
No guarantees
Nothing here is a promise or a prediction about any matter. No result in one case means the same result in another, because no two cases have the same facts.
You will not find outcome figures or success rates on this site. Anyone putting a number on a case they have not heard is guessing.

Where this site links out, it is because the material seemed useful. Those are other people's sites, and I do not control them or vouch for what they say.
Where news items come from
The list of enforcement actions and decisions on this site comes from the agencies and courts that published them, and each item is labelled with its source. Those are other parties' matters. They are not results of this office, and nothing in them suggests an outcome in yours.
