Why calling is better than writing
A phone call lets me ask the two or three questions that decide whether you have something, and it lets you tell me the parts that don't fit in a form. Ten minutes usually settles it.
A message sits in an inbox until I open it. If your deadline is near, that's the wrong way round.
If you'd rather write
Leave your name, a number, and a sentence about what happened. I'll call you back.
Keep it brief on purpose. Don't attach documents, and don't write out the confidential details. There's a practical reason for that beyond privacy: if someone I don't represent sends me confidential information, it can stop me acting in a related matter later.
Two things to be clear about
Sending a message doesn't make me your lawyer. That starts when we've both signed a written agreement, and not before.
Nothing here protects a deadline. No one is monitoring this inbox around the clock, and a message sitting unread does nothing for a clock that's running. If yours is close, call.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Outside those hours, leave a message and I'll call you back.
What happens after you get in touch
I'll tell you what I think of the case, what the deadline looks like, and what proving it would take. If there's a claim worth bringing, we'll talk about how it would run. If there isn't, I'll say so on the call.
If I don't take it on, you'll get that in writing, saying plainly that this office isn't representing you and isn't tracking any deadline for you.

Tell me what happened
Ten minutes on the phone is usually enough for me to tell you whether you have a case. If you do not, I will say so on the call.
